I've noticed that some robots are removing some of the most well-known Philippine newspapers from this category and reclassifying them into subcategories. That might be the logical structure but it is not intuitive from a user's perspective who is liable to search for these first as Philippine newspapers on the national scale rather than Metro Manila newspapers on the regional or local scale.
I think it would actually be more efficient to simply list them all on the national level rather than subcategorize them, but with robots reclassifying them automatically the indicated move would be to remove the more specific subcategories and I'm loath to do that. Maybe efforts should be directed towards improving the "List of newspapers in the Philippine" because it is the most obvious article for those not quite sure what they are looking for and should provide more information that will help them find and understand the other items in the category.
