The Nelson-Williams family is a Sierra Leonean professional and political family of Creole origin.

The first member of the family to qualify as a professional qualified as a barrister in 1922. The family produced five lawyers, two judges, a medical doctor, a principal of the Prince of Wales School, and a Member of Sierra Leone Parliament and Cabinet Minister by 1982 and a major general in the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces.
