The California–Washington Dual Regatta, also known simply as The Dual, is an annual series of rowing races between the crews of the University of California and the University of Washington.[1][2][3]

The Huskies rallied before entering the Montlake Cut, then with the crowd clapping its approval, defeated Cal by a half-second in one of the best races in this annual competition that dates to 1903.
