Big Ole Album Vol. 1 is the eighth studio album by the American rock band A Day to Remember, surprise-released in physical form on February 18, 2025, by major label Fueled by Ramen, and set to be released to streaming services on March 21. The album's producers include Colin Brittain, vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, Zakk Cervini, Will Putney, Drew Fulk, and Cody Quistad. It was preceded by four singles: "Miracle", "Feedback", "Make It Make Sense", and "Lebron". It is also the first album without founding bassist Josh Woodard, after his departure in October 2021 due to sexual abuse allegations and an earlier car crash he was involved in that killed a 24-year old driver.[4][5]

Release and promotion

[edit]

On July 21, 2022, the band released a single called "Miracle" as an early hint for their next album.[6][7][8] On May 31, 2024, the band released a single called "Feedback".[9][10][11] This was followed by a North America in October and November with bands August Burns Red and Stand Atlantic.[12]

After a day of rumors,[13] on February 18, 2025, the band surprise-released their eighth studio album, Big Ole Album Vol. 1, in physical form,[14] which features the two previously-released singles and two new singles released on the same day, "Make It Make Sense" and "LeBron".[15][16] The album has reached no. 5 in the Billboard charts.[17][18] Influences for the album include Gojira and Coal Chamber on the song "Silence".[19]

Touring

[edit]

The band will promote the album with some touring, including the 2025 Vans Warped Tour alongside many other bands including Silverstein, Motion City Soundtrack, Nova Twins, and Bad Rabbits.[20][21] The band will also embark on a European tour in May and June.[22]
