Balboa Terrace is a small residential neighborhood located on the West Side of San Francisco. It is bounded by Junipero Serra Boulevard, Monterey Avenue, Aptos Avenue and Ocean Avenue along the southern edge of the exclusive St. Francis Wood community.[4]
