Africa-India Key Maritime Engagement

Africa-India KEY Maritime Engagement also called AIKEYME ( 'Unity' in Sanskrit) is a naval exercise that will be conducted between India,Tanzania,Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique,Seychelles and South Africa in April 2025.[1]

The Maiden edition of the naval exercise will be conducted in April 2025 over a course of 6 days. It will be conducted off the coast from Dar-es-Salaam in Tanzania with participants from Nine naval forces.It is planned to be inaugurated by Defence Minister of India Rajnath Singh. It would have a Sea Phase and a Harbour phase.[1][2][3][4]
