The Afghanistan national futsal team is controlled by the Afghanistan Football Federation, the governing body for futsal in Afghanistan and represents the country in international futsal competitions.
In the first edition of the CAFA Futsal Cup, the country came second in the 2023 CAFA Futsal Cup.
Afghanistan futsal had a magical journey in 2024, with their first tournament of AFC Futsal Asian Cup, they surprisingly finished in fifth place and qualified for the 2024 FIFA Futsal World Cup.
