Aalbek (sometimes also Aalbeek) is a small river of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It drains the lake Ruppersdorfer See ,[citation needed] flows through the Hemmelsdorfer See,[1] and flows into the Baltic Sea near Timmendorfer Strand.[2]
