Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool defeated Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski in the final, 6–3, 6–7^(5–7), [13–11] to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2025 Canadian Open. It was the first Masters 1000 title for both players. With the win, they achieved a 19-match winning streak across four tournaments (Queen's Club, Eastbourne, Wimbledon, and Toronto) and became the first team to qualify for the 2025 ATP Finals. This was the first all-British Masters 1000 final, and the fourth on the ATP Tour in the Open Era.

Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos were the reigning champions, but Granollers withdrew before the tournament began. Zeballos partnered Austin Krajicek, but lost in the second round to Salisbury and Skupski.
