The 2025 Charleston Cougars baseball team represents the College of Charleston during the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Cougars play their home games at the CofC Baseball Stadium at Patriots Point as a member of the Coastal Athletic Association. They are led by head coach Randy Hood, in his fifth year as head coach.
