The 2024–25 UEFA Women's Champions League knockout phase will begin on 18 March 2025 with the quarter-finals and end with the final on 23–25 May 2025 at the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon , Portugal, to decide the champions of the 2024–25 UEFA Women's Champions League .[ 1]
The schedule of the competition was as follows (all draws were held at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon , Switzerland).[ 2]

The first legs will be played on 18 and 29 March, and the second legs on 26 and 27 March 2025.
