The 2023 season marks the Lion City Sailors Women's second consecutive season in the top flight of Singapore football and in the Women's Premier League. The team will be looking to build on their success from last season, when they finished as champion in the league.
The Sailors Women have a strong squad with a good mix of experience and youth. They are led by Yeong Sheau Shyan, who has a wealth of experience in women's football. She has previously managed the Singapore national team.[1][2]
