Anna Danilina and Alexandra Panova defeated Miriam Kolodziejová and Angela Kulikov in the final, 6–4, 6–2 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2023 Hamburg European Open.[1]
Sophie Chang and Kulikov were the reigning champions,[2] but Chang chose not to participate this year.
