GAA Centenary Article

The article Glasgow Caledonian University GAC has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unreferenced and unimproved over 15 years. No reliable sources online Google. Not enough information to merge. Redirect would be redundant. Article created in 2009.

WP:GAELICNEUTRAL was previously a redirect to a section or sub-page of (I thought) the Wikipedia:WikiProject Gaelic games/Manual of Style guideline. Anyone any ideas where it went? (The redirect was deleted as the target page was deleted. When/where/how was the target page deleted? Anyone familiar? I can't find the discussion or logs...)
