Currently, 6,723 of a total of 6,975,974 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,030) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 41,395 articles (about 1 in 170) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 48,118 articles (about one in 140) which are either good or featured.
