[edit] Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Chittagong Hill Tracts, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 06:20, 6 May 2023 (UTC)
Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Chittagong Hill Tracts, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you would like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Hello, I'm Dudhhr. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Chakma people, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – dudhhr talk contribs (he/they) 16:14, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
Not a minor edit
[edit] Hi Tsawzhak! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Bandarban District that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. --Worldbruce (talk) 16:51, 2 August 2023 (UTC)

[edit] Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Chakma people, you may be blocked from editing. DO not remove the sourced content. And do not add unsourced content. Append new information in a separate paragraph using reliable scholarly WP:RS sources. Fylindfotberserk (talk) 12:22, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
Wikipedia and copyright
[edit] Hello Tsawzhak! Your additions to Chakma people have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 15:13, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for February 9
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Chakma language, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tanchangya. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Links to draft articles
[edit] Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of people of Chakma descent. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 19:59, 26 February 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Chakma culture
[edit]Hello Tsawzhak,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Chakma culture for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Chakma mythology
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Chakma mythology requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.folklore.earth/culture/chakma/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. MCE89 (talk) 12:21, 4 March 2025 (UTC)

Research conduct
[edit]In your new article Chakma Kingdom you have repeatedly cited these two books:
- Chakma, B. (2010). Buddhism and Ethnic Conflict in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Routledge. pp. 32–34, 45–48. ISBN 9780415486164.
The Chakma kingdom was deeply rooted in Theravāda Buddhism, with its rulers patronizing monastic institutions and integrating Buddhist principles into governance." (p. 33) "Despite Mughal advances into Bengal, the Chakma Raja managed to maintain independence through military resistance and diplomacy

Can you explain:
- Why are the ISBNs invalid?
- Why does the supposed publisher, Routledge, have no record of the titles?
- Why do no WorldCat libraries hold these titles?
- Why does Google Scholar show that no one has ever cited these works?
- Why does Google return no search matches for the quotes you provided?
Did you consult these sources yourself, or did you see them cited elsewhere? Can you supply any evidence that they are not falsified or fabricated? --Worldbruce (talk) 02:09, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
Also, why do all six of your citations of: van Schendel, Willem (2000). The Chittagong Hill Tracts: Living in a Borderland. University of Washington Press [sic]. pp. 52–60, 89–93. 95. fail verification? --Worldbruce (talk) 02:56, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
Merge all articles into one
[edit]There is no such need to create separate articles for topics like music, culture, traditional games, or ethnic religion for an ethnic minority group. Instead, these can be "merged" within the main article/page for the Chakma people. Additionally, please avoid using AI to generate entire articles. It’s fine to use AI tools for rephrasing or improving existing content, but the article itself should not be entirely AI-generated. Imwin567 (talk) 17:01, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
