Proposal to Replace Horizontal Layout with Validated Vertical Version

Hi everyone — I've been working on a more readable, scroll-friendly version of this template that preserves all the same data, but formats it as a vertically scrolling table with sticky headers, color bars, and proper rowspan support. The result is much easier to navigate chronologically, especially on mobile or smaller screens.

It includes:

A sticky header and group color bars (with fixed CPC colour)
Strict 8-column layout: Date, ISG, CSG, PSG, CPC, NA, Vacant, Total
rowspan applied only to stable values, just like standing change tables used in other contexts
Compressed event-based timeline using validated counts (through March 25, 2025)
No layout breakage, even under mobile preview or wide viewport

This change is visual only — the data is the same, just presented more clearly.
