Religion section sparse and uninformative

[edit]

Given the controversy with Islam, a clarification of Yezidi theology would seem mandatory. It is what I came here to find, and I am leaving no wiser... Kenfree (talk) 00:48, 1 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You can read about Yazidi beliefs here: Yazidism
Summaries of a main article can be included in a section. Feel free to add a short summary of Yazidism in the corresponding section. VenusFeuerFalle (talk) 21:49, 26 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

To my surprise, I found a rich discussion of Yazidi theology right here on Wikipedia, in an article on Yazidism. I attempted to include reference to it at the end of the Religion section of this article, but cannot because this page, like so many Wikipedia pages, is "protected." I shall make a formal edit request, despite how tedious it is becoming to have to do this at every turn...
