Lead: Include names of main rivals
[edit]One of GOATS
[edit]Why there's no mention of his status as ONE of the greatest tennis players of all time in the lead section ? 109.224.54.43 (talk) 19:00, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
- Usually because it's water cooler stuff that is not encyclopedic. It's in the legacy section. Fyunck(click) (talk) 06:08, 27 October 2024 (UTC)
Lol that is not water cooler stuff. He is the GOAT and called that by tennis players, other pros, experts, journalists, pretty much everyone that exists in the domain of tennis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:2C6:4000:4F90:F8A7:DF57:E72B:D498 (talk) 08:28, 2 February 2025 (UTC) Nevermind, you're full of it. All of these sportsperson articles mention 'one of the greatest' or something similar in their lead sections. Tom Brady, LeBron James, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:2C6:4000:4F90:F8A7:DF57:E72B:D498 (talk) 08:33, 2 February 2025 (UTC)
ESC 2025
Klio (talk) 11:21, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
Lots of incorrect grammar and misspellings
[edit]since this page is locked you may want to have Google read the article out loud so you can correctly edit it. Ellecfin (talk) 12:12, 14 June 2025 (UTC)

Mistake in the history
[edit]this part is wrong: it was Roland Garros 2009, not wimbledon.
Career Grand Slam: The feat achieved by a tennis player when winning the four majors in either singles, doubles or mixed doubles, throughout his career at least one time each. Federer secured the Career Grand Slam when winning the Wimbledon championships singles title in the 2009 season. 84.220.228.17 (talk) 23:48, 29 June 2025 (UTC)
Done Thanks for catching that. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 23:55, 29 June 2025 (UTC)
