Hi, I'm not sure where to classify this but on several related pages (most prominently actors who have been in Star Wars), the page has a link to the actor's Star Wars character (who is not predominant enough to have their own page) on this page, but the character does not appear in this list.

Off the top of my head I have two examples, one is Sofia Coppola as Saché--

"(for example, she appeared as Saché, one of Queen Padmé Amidala's five handmaidens, in George Lucas' 1999 film Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace)."[[Sofia Coppola#:~:text=(for example, she appeared as Saché, one of Queen Padmé Amidala's five handmaidens, in George Lucas' 1999 film Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace).[27]|1]]

-- which has the link Saché lead to "List of Star Wars characters#S", however Sache is not listed as a character on this page. This also occurs with actor Keisha Castle-Hughes, who is credited as Queen Apailana in RotS--

"In 2005, Castle-Hughes had a small part as Queen Apailana in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith."2

-- which has the link Queen Apailana lead to "List of Star Wars characters#A", however (again) Queen Apailana is not listed as a character on this page.

I understand that not every character in Star Wars needs to be listed on this page (or indeed should, as there are far too many characters for that to work), however I do think that if you're going to go to the trouble of linking the actor's character (on the actor's page) to this page, the link should at least lead to the character, or else why bother linking it?

This page has gone through major splits and deletions (sample of where Saché, etc went). Looks like the incoming redirects need to be brought up to date or deleted. Fountains of Bryn Mawr (talk) 13:21, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the info about the major splits and deletions. I was confused about this page because I went from the page for Jessica Henwick that was linked to this page for the character of X-Wing pilot Jess Pava. However at some point that minor character must have been deleted from this page. I will remove the link in the original article. - Dyork (talk) 01:22, 20 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Any Andor characters deserving of their own articles?

If single season Mandalorian characters like Kuiil or The Client have their own well written and fleshed out articles, surely some Andor characters should have their own as well? Anyone have any thoughts on this?

In my subjective opinion, a few sure fire candidates include Luthen Rael, Syril Karn, and Dedra Meero.

French wiki!

I was thinking of translating the French version of this article. It’s been a good article since 2017, but I’m not sure if it meets the English standards. So I wanted to bring this up and see what you all think? Lililolol (talk) 18:49, 15 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
