Bibasis anadi → Burara anadi – Change for the scientific name of butterfly/butterflies in recent literature reversion back to an older combination "Burara anadi" (i.e. from Burara anadi -> Bibasis anadi -> Burara anadi). As Burara anadi previously existed it has a redirect blocking any move 'back' to that again preferred combination. This same problem affects multiple other species in the same genus Burara, each with blocking redirects preventing moves. I don't want to edit the content of the species files for each unless moved (with titles therefore changed) Sjl197 (talk) 02:41, 16 March 2025 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). - @CFA: How to proceeed? Checking the "requested move" page it now expired the discussion period without comment. I since learnt on the proceedure for "Reversing a redirect" and this is G6, a simplistic request removal of a blocking redirect. I formed request markup badly as i did not know better, how to unblock this now? Sjl197 (talk) 00:23, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- Easily moved but I think we need to find better sources than a 2003 source. doi:10.1080/23802359.2017.1298416 has some support, but there is no sign of any larger and better sampled phylogenetic examination. Shyamal (talk) 12:16, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
