Which year is which?

For the avoidance of confusion, and reduce the number of bad posts and reverts occuring at the moment:

• the 2022 Rankings - provide the figures for the entry requirements into the three 'new' 2024–25 AFC competitions that are about to commence.
• the 2023-24 Rankings - for the ACL and AFC Cup just finished, provide the figures for the entry requirements into the 2025–26 AFC competitions.
• the 2024-25 Rankings - for the entry requirements into the 2026–27 AFC competitions. Ready for new values to be entered when the 2024–25 AFC competitions are underway.

Which year is which, as of May 2025

For the avoidance of confusion:

• the 2023-24 Rankings - provides the figures for the entry requirements into the 2025–26 AFC competitions that are about to commence.
• the 2024-25 Rankings - for the entry requirements into the 2026–27 AFC competitions.
• the 2025-26 Rankings - for the entry requirements into the 2027–28 AFC competitions. To be added when there's a source (such as footy rankings most likely) for new values to be entered when the 2025–26 AFC competitions are underway.
