Grammatical errors

[edit]

The entire page, particularly the "Demographics" section,is poorly written, and has severe grammatical issues. Phrases, such as "White Americans," need correction. Other racial & ethnic groups in the same section don't include the "Americans" qualifier, so neither should "White Americans." It is both unnecessary, and frankly, sounds rather racist. There are also many errors involving case, and singular vs plural verb forms when referring to demographic categories. Hneilm (talk) 18:30, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Old Mississippi flag in use for state ranking

[edit]

I was looking at this page for data I need for a project and noticed the old Mississippi flag is still in use. This may be considered minor, but it contains Confederate imagery and is outdated. We should update it. DoggsWiki (talk) 13:38, 22 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@DoggsWiki Is it fixed? Alexysun (talk) 22:34, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Utah in table

[edit]

Is there something superfluous included in the table under Utah? If I look at the source, I can see '[[Utah]]', without the equivalent being included for other states. If I copy and paste the table into Microsoft Excel or Notepad, I end up with 'Utah Utah'. I have not changed anything yet, as I am quite basic with Wikipedia, and I did not want to mess up the table. The sources in this other article are print or 404, but I'll try to find better sources. Please give me a few days. Bearian (talk) 17:20, 18 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
