Sultan Arifin, a 10th batch student of the college, is the current president of this club.

There is also a debate club named Dialectic Debating Club. This club was first established in 2023 by some enthusiastic students. Later on 2024, Jubayer Hossain, a student of the tenth HSC batch of this college, gave the club a proper administration and structure.

Krishti Cultural Club is a Uttara Government College-based cultural club in Dhaka, established in 2024. The club was founded by four culturally-inclined students of the college's 10th batch — Alif Hasan Aditto, Mahmudul Hasan Nahid, Maruf and Lima. The initiative was supported and guided by the college’s lecturer of Department of Philosophy, Shakil Ahmed, whose sincere cooperation played a key role in the club’s formation. The name of the club was proposed by the honorable principal of the college, Paik Md. Nurul Islam, while the official logo was designed by one of the founding members and the first panel president, Alif Hasan Aditto.

The club was formed with the vision of uniting culturally-minded students in a creative and expressive environment. It provides students with opportunities to showcase their talents and encourages personal development through regular cultural practice.

At present, the club is operated under its first 9-member Executive Panel, consisting of the following members: President: Alif Hasan Aditto · General Secretary: Prince Mazumder · General Administrator: Mahmudul Hasan Nahid · Group Representatives (Humanities): Nafisa Orni, Jinnat Tanha · Group Representatives (Business Studies): Johaina Hossain, Marufa · Group Representatives (Science): Two members (names not listed)

The club actively organizes cultural programs, workshops, competitions, and festivals, contributing significantly to nurturing creativity and preserving cultural values within the college campus.

In addition to these 3 clubs in the college, there are 3 more volunteer groups in the college. They are BNCC, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and Bangladesh Scouts.
