Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is likely of lower quality than the original, and was initially pulled from a third party website.
- The image is only being used for informational purposes.
- Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the image is the object of discussion in the article (in the case of the Minigun article) and the subject of the other article (Cadillac Gage Commando).
- Images and photos depicting this configuration are rare at best and not easily obtained in electronic format, thus replacing this with an unlicensed image or photo is difficult.
