  1. It enumerates the countries which the tour visited.
  2. It provides a visual representation of the aesthetic of the tour and a synesthetic representation of the music played on the tour.
  3. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the tour.
  4. The use of the film poster illustration will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the film.
