„In gespaltenem Schild vorn in Gold am Spalt ein halber herschauender schwarzer Stierkopf mit silbernen Hörnern, goldener Krone, geöffnetem Maul, silbernen Zähnen, ausgeschlagener roter Zunge und abgerissenem Halsfell, dessen Randung bogenförmig ausgeschnitten ist; hinten in Blau ein stehender goldener Bischofsstab.“
