Summary

In its cover story on November 3, 1998 Vijesti carried a New York Times report on Montenegro that appeared the previous day in the American daily. https://www.nytimes.com/1998/11/02/world/the-next-trouble-spot-in-the-balkans-montenegro.html?pagewanted=1

However, all the parts from the original NY Times story that mention Milo Đukanović's involvement in cigarette smuggling were left out of the Vijesti version.
