Description
English: Maj. Gen. Fadhil Barwari (left), commander of 1st Brigade, Iraqi Special Operations Forces, presents Sgt. Ethan Payton, a Milford, N.J. native, with a token of appreciation Oct. 16, at the Iraqi Special Operations Forces' compound in Baghdad. Payton's left arm was amputated below the elbow after he was hit by a rocket propelled grenade during an ambush June 2004 in Baghdad.
