English: U.S. Navy crew members man the rails aboard the guided missile frigate USS Nicholas (FFG-47) as the vessel passes the destroyer tender USS Sierra (AD-18), the destroyer USS John Rodgers (DD-983) and the guided missile destroyer USS Semmes (DDG-18) tied up at the pier at the Naval Station, Charleston, South Carolina (USA), on 22 March 1991.
