Reason for the nomination:
I have never seen the original deletion request (under this file’s original name), which has itself been deleted. I can see only the deletion request above, which was closed after less than 72 hours, due to issues with the nominator (who appears to be the same as 81.79.241.255, who is now blocked).

But a respected user, independent of the nominator, did vote to delete this image, with a reasonable argument. Also, at other whale tail deletion requests apparently started by the same nominator, another respected user has also voted to delete some images. Therefore, the deletion request above deserved further discussion and should have been left open for at least the standard 1-week period.

Unfortunately, the closing admin has not responded to my request to reopen that deletion request, so I am opening a new one.
