Abstract: Print shows clusters of tenants with their belongings after being forcibly evicted from their homes on land largely owned by British absentee landlords. With "verses written expressly for this picture, by Mrs. O'Donovan-Rossa." Physical description: 1 print : lithograph.

Notes: VE [monogram printed in reverse] ; from the celebrated painting by Powell.; Entered according to act of Congress, in the year 1871, by J.T. Foley, in the office of the Librarian of Congress, at Washington.; Presentation Plate.; Respectfuly dedicated to "The Foundling Asylum," New York. In charge of the Sisters of Charity.; Title from item.
