English: 698 GRT cargo steamship Aire, built in 1886 by W Dobson & Co of Newcastle. She was owned by the Goole Steam Shipping Co and scrapped at Hook near Goole in 1930. Goole Steam Shipping was owned by the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway from 1905 and it successors the London and North Eastern Railway from 1922 and the London, Midland and Scottish Railway from 1923.
