Belknap (1871-1959) and Thomas P. Magruder (1867-1938), Mr. M. S. Crosby, Dr. G. C. Stout, Rear Admirals DeWitt C. Coffman (1854-1932), Frank H. Clark (1871-1947), Clifford J.
