Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The type size and prominent placement of this scare headline illustrates a rare early instance of strong public reaction to the "Tijuana bibles"--a clandestine publishing fad known to millions which was almost completely ignored by the news media of the day. The date of the headline is one of the earliest dates that even the existence of the Tijuana bibles can be confirmed.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No earlier examples (prior to 1930) of front page press sensationalism relating to this topic exist.
