Half-figure, directed to front, looking to left ; gown of gentleman commoner, white neckerchief, wig.

Sittings, &c.: 1788, Dec. 20; 1789, Jan. 2, 5, April 14, 18, 27; 1790, Jan. 11, April 7, 15.

Three-quarters, ditto, copy, both paid for by himself in full, 50gs., July 1790. One sent to Dr. Davies; the other to Dr. Langford, Eton, Windsor, July 7, 1790. (CARTWRIGHT, MR.)
