The City of Daytona Beach Florida is believed to be the only government municipality in the United States of America which condones the sale of images condoning violence, containing crude vulgarity, namely; "scumbag", to minors on government owned property. It is also believed to be the only program officially connected with the Boy Scouts of America that refers to any segment of society as "Scumbags". Use of this image in this context constitutes Fair Use as dictated by U.S. Copyright Law Title 17 § 107. |
