English: A Miao girl interviewed by Chinese News Service during the 13th Guzhang Festival in Nanmeng Village, Leishan County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province. Local villagers and people from surrounding villages gathered on the Lusheng field, dancing Lusheng and "asking for flower belts", playing the "symphony" of the ancient romantic love ritual. "Asking for flower belts" is called "the most romantic way of love" by the locals, and it is also an activity for young Miao men and women to openly talk about love and love freely. |
