English: Four Israeli pilots walking in front of their Gloster Meteor F.8 fighter jets in 1953 or somewhat later of 117 Squadron "First Jet" (see jet symbol on noses) at Ramat David Airbase. The "First Jet" squadron was founded on 17 June 1953 at Ramat David and received the first ever Israeli jets.
