This photo, uploaded here in 2020 with a {{Cc-by-3.0}} license tag, is claimed to be taken from a 1985 book, which is not really compatible with a CC license. Per the metadata, it appears that the photo is actually a part of the en:Bettmann Archive at Getty Images, cropped from a larger photo available here. The file is dated 1946-01-26, but given the timeline at en:Martin James Monti, the year is 1948. Alvin Gordon is named as author, but there are no details about this person, nor are there any details about when and where the photo was published first and if this happened before 2003. Without all these details, we cannot determine the photograph's copyright status, and the file should be deleted per the precautionary principle.
