 | This file has a non-free use rationale that is disputed because of the following concern: The use of this file infobox of 1991 Hong Kong legislative election fails WP:NFCC#1, WP:NFCC#3 and WP:NFCC#8 since that article, unlike the biographical article, isn't solely about Lo Tak-shing but rather about an election and images of the candidates, though nice, don't really significantly improve the reader's understanding the election enough to justify using a non-free image in the main infobox. A freely licensed or PD image is, for the most part, OK to use since such images are subject to the same restriction as non-free images. Whether the other images should be removed isn't really a question of non-free content use policy, but the two non-free one (the other is File:Lo Tak-shing.jpg shouldn't be being used in that article. Now, it might be possible for this image to be used in the main infobox or at the top of of Lo Tak-shing for primary identification purposes if there are no WP:FREER or other WP:NFCCP issues.
