JIGAGE E SHŌ ZOKUHEN (1818, Kyoto) scanned by WIKI TARŌ on 19 March 2023 and released as Public Domain. The Japanese text written in this picture is as follows “樹下に御題目の塔をたてて衆僧あつまり供養するを空中より釈尊うけ玉ふ” (Juka ni o-daimoku no tō o tatete shūsō atsumari kuyō suru o kūchū yori Shakuson uke tamau) or “Beneath a tree, monks gather to perform a memorial service before a stupa inscribed with the daimoku, Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō. From the sky above, the Buddha Shakyamuni descends and accepts their offering.”
