Description
English: Inside the Paragon Cafe at Dalby, Queensland, ca. 1936. Man, woman and young boy behind the counter at the Paragon Cafe, Dalby, around 1936. Stacks of chocolate bars line the top of the counter above an assortment of lollies in the glass cabinet. Ornaments and toys are on the lower shelf of the counter. Rows of tinned food, jars and cardboard boxes line the shelves behind the family. A large sign to the right of the counter advertises Capstan cigarettes.
