English: Looking at the 508 West 24th Street apartment building along Section 2 of the High Line, above 10th Avenue and 24th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Though its white and weathered-matte facade give the impression of a converted West Side industry building, this is actually a contemporary apartment building constructed in 2013. This is by design, as it was intended to mimic Bauhaus modernist buildings from the 1970s. Mission accomplished? |
