The blue circle contains an inner circle of gold. Within the inner circle along the upper rim, in gold, are the words "HAMILTON COUNTY". Centered beneath these words, in gold, is the word "INDIANA". Within the inner circle, along the lower rim, in gold, is the date "1823". Within the center of the circle is a wooden plow, in brown. The plow has a steel gray blade, plowing a field of green grass.
