Reason: This map disregards several realities: The conquests in Ukraine since 2014 are not finalized and currently do not match the indicated territory --> speculative FUTURE intentions of a "state" that doesn't exist. On the other hand, Moldova's, Kyrgyzstan's and Kazakhstan's interest in joining may have been expressed in the 2000s but has stopped long before even 2014 --> unrealized PAST intentions. Contrary to the map, Serbia also no longer controls the Kosovo, nor is there renewed interest in joining the Union State, which means again a PAST intention. |  |
