Though this image is subject to copyright I, the uploader (WillMak050389), feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album;
2. Copies of this image could not be used to make illegal copies of the album on another medium;
3. The image is described in the article (By the Light of the Moon) solely to describe the album and nothing else about the band/artist.
