English: Akki Roti is a rice-based dish popular the state of Karnataka, India. It is made of rice flour, salt, sliced onions and carrots, chopped dill leaves, chopped coriander, cumin seeds and sesame seeds. The dough is made flat and made it on tava with ghee until it gets crispy. Usually it is to be served with coconuts chutney and sambar/saagu.
