Summary
| Description |
English: An XD series Ford Fairmont Ghia Limited Edition sedan, finished in Dark Burgundy over Aztec Gold paint. The front guards feature two badges behind the front wheels; the Ghia badge indicating the level of trim, and the Alloy Head badge which indicates the car has the updated alloy head 4.1 litre straight six engine introduced in June 1980, midway through the XD production run. As well as two-tone paintwork, the Fairmont Ghia Limited Edition featured interior fittings from the flagship FC series Ford LTD, and the plush leather seating, with padded front head rests, can be seen in this photo. |
