| Description |
English: The visual trademark of NBC introduced in October 1975, consisting of two trapezoids (one red, one blue) forming an abstract letter N. After the logo became official on January 1, 1976, it was mocked on Saturday Night Live by Chevy Chase and Gilda Radner, and shortly thereafter, became the subject of an infringement case on the trademark of the Nebraska ETV Network, Nebraska's chain of PBS affiliates, for its obvious similarities to ETV's logo at that time. |
